Ixigo — How do I complain on ixigo?

booked 3 tickets from secundrabad to danapur for 07 oct 25 but due to some error immediatly was cancelled . Amassage was generated and sent to me that after deduction of som monty rs 5281.80 will b returned to you paying authority .On 09aug i received a massage that amount is successfully refunded to your acount.But so far i didnot receive my refund bank says ask ixigo bank arn no. 87869175220531654690606 dated 10 aug 25
it is requested to take neccesary action to mony transfered to my account.
