Ixigo — I am complaining about the refund against cancellation of my flight ticket

Respected sir/madam,

As per they mail me they are stating that they have initiated the refund on Oct 31 2023. But on the same time they have texted me as a message on my WhatsApp that they have intiated my refund on Aug 31st 2023 its been 9 months i am going behind this. i have cancelled my ticket on last march.
Till this moment I have not got my refund. i have booked this ticket on February 23rd 2023.
I have already contacted my bank there is no amount blocked or no refund like that have been done.
in the last mail they stated that they have intiated the refund on oct 31st and they have send me a UTR number also but when i have reached out my bank they tracked the UTR number but the bank authorities made clear that there is no amount like that have been in my account and there is no amount like that have been blocked.

So i kindly request you to do the needful.

Ixigo Customer Care's response The details are received via a refund link sent in August to the registered contact details on the booking. The customer validates this link by an OTP which is sent to the same contact details.
