I have tried to bookmy train ticket on 7 sep 2018. From (Indb) to (Mas). Using ixigo trains mobile app. When i tried to book... Payment get successful and then app automatically verified to (Irctc) account login. I have waited for a long time but ticket didn't booked. Then i got message (Train with booking id:ixitr [protected] was not confifrmed. Refund of rs 680.68 has been initiated and will be crediated to your account with in 5 days). My money is deducted and they say that they will refund by 23 sept 2018 but today is 25 sept but dosent refunded and there was no cntct of this company
