On 20th of march 2020 i tried to book a 3a ticket in 16525 aluva to krishnarajapuram - for 3rd april 2020 (Bengaluru). I had lost my money from my accountant but i didn't get the ticket. I tried to book the ticket through ixigo app. Dear ixigo please refund my money. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Please don't take away my trust from your app because i live this app very much and recommend it to many to use. Please don't cheat me. Please make immediate actions to resolve my complaint.
