[Resolved] Ixigo — I tried to book ticket using phonepe upi. money deducted twice | |
I tried twice to book ticket from vizag to Chennai using ixigo app on sept 9th. I've used phonepay UPID for transaction. I was very disappointed to say that 2 times my money got deducted but my ticket was not booked. I spoke with customer care people and they said ticket didn't booked because of payment failed. They asked me to wait for 5-7 working days. I want to know whether my process has initiated or not. I'm worried because 5k deducted from my account. Could you please speed up the process.

I booked train ticket to go to Howrah . But I cancelled my ticket for my some problems. I cancelled my ticket on 20 Jun. But yet I am not receive my refund amount...
