I have booked a ticket on 9th May 2017 tuesday using ixibo mobile app. Payment has been taken from my credit card but I have neither received ticket details via email or text message. No confirmation yet, kindly do the needful to get the same credited to my account asap..

IXIGO is an fraud platform guys. I too booked the tickets from IXIGO. One fine day i want to cancel the ticket in view of domestic reasons, I have paid the sum of rupees 2120/- in which they are charging 2000/- for cancellation where my journey and my cancellation is having 45 days of difference. I suggest friends before booking the tickets from IXIGO platform please read the terms and conditions and then book. Its complete fraud company they will charge as IXIGO charge separately, Their partner charge separately, and conveyance charge separately and more over charges from bank transaction. THen if we go for cancellation you will not get a single rupee. Its complete waste booking tickets from IXIGo. Called customer care of East my trip they have not given any resolution for my query and they have told contact IXIGO customer care and disconnected the call. Useless services provided by IXIGO and their partner EASY MY TRIP. Better to book from airlines website where we can be charged from only airlines for any cancellation.

I have booke three tickits from dahod to indore we have not got confirm ticket but in waiting list we accepted now when we try to cancell one tickect out of three but we cant got response from your side we feel we are cheate and we lost trust of company or web ixigo so please do relevent in my case and cancel my one tickit and return my money thanks
