Hi,
I have booked a hotel booking with Ixigo website on 22nd Feb'15. Booking partner is Expedia and confirmation ID is provided via email.
However, after having multiple follow ups with Ixigo team over last 5 weeks - feedback provided is "The details provided by you do not seem to match the records of our booking partner" which is absolutely pathetic to hear.
I have original booking confirmation email, Expedia customer care also does confirm booking - not sure what Ixigo team is looking from customer perspective.
Having this experience, it sounds like LTC is just a fake offer from Ixigo to gain interest from customer community but not fulfilling to either of promises and painful customer care experience.
Do we see if there is a channel who can help people on such issues?

I have booked 3 tickets on ixigo.com and did not receive cash back into citrus account. However it is showing as Cashback approved. However I did not get anything into my Citrus account.
Please advise to get the Cashback as I am not getting the customer care numbers of ixigo.com.
