I have booked a flight ticket on ixigo the money was deducted from my SBI NETBANKING but i dint receive the ticket. I tried calling up ixigo and yatra.com but i dont receive any help. I even mailed to them but they are least bothered. I want to take serious action against their service immediately. I had to waste a lot of time of mine due to the irresponsibility of ixigo and yatra.com. One person from actually contacted once just for name sake and now i guess they just simply forgot about me...my transition of sbi netbanking is 29-Mar-2017 (29-Mar-2017) TO TRANSFER

I have booked a ticket on 9th May 2017 tuesday using ixibo mobile app. Payment has been taken from my credit card but I have neither received ticket details via email or text message. No confirmation yet, kindly do the needful to get the same credited to my account asap..
I've booked a flight from Pune to Jaipur scheduled 7 June. At first the payment processing failed, but the amount of Rs 3953 is deducted from my SBI account. Secondly, ticket is confirmed, and again same amount is deducted. Please refund my amount back.

      I have booked a flight ticket on ixigo the money was deducted from my axis bank debit card but i dint receive the ticket. I tried calling up ixigo and musafir.com but i dont receive any help. I even mailed to them but they are least bothered. I want to take serious action against their service immediately. I had to waste a lot of time of mine due to the irresponsibility of ixigo and musafir. One person from actually contacted once just for name sake and now i guess they just simply forgot about me.

        I have booked a flight ticket through ixigo.com(musafir) on 28th October, 2016 .With more accurate words i would say I tried to book the ticket for "Patna" to "Mumbai" worth Rs. 9465 for which the money got deducted from my Icici bank credit card but ticket was not booked.And since that time I am trying contacting "musafir" for the refund of my money but they are not replying. I have tried calling them for atleast 100 times but they are not responding.Meanwhile, I have also contacted ixigo.com for the help and they have sent an email to musafir keeping me in CC. But I am not getting any response from musafir.I want my money back.I am fed up of contacting ixigo and musafir.

        I wished to book a ticket from Mumbai to jaipur but after completing formalities clicked on block ticket option by mistake, but I want to book that ticket .pl. help me with your booking formalities .

          Hi, i have made a booking indigo flight ticket, flight no-6e544, pnr-d74d8c, journey date[protected], through ixigo. on dated 26-09-16 but i don't receive the cashback which they are commited rs 750/- but after next day they denied for cash back and saying you don't have made the booking through ixigo. even i have the screenshots for the same. they are just cheating on us, ixigo is really fraud comonay, shame on you ixigo

            I have been a loyal Ixigo customer for years and have been using it as preferred platform for booking flights.

            Since 3 Sept 2015, I have cumulatively earned rs. 3300 as cashbacks (via 6 flight tickets). I had been patiently awaiting the numbers to add up to a bigger value so that I can use it in a meaningful way (ex. book another trip) and that my money is safe in their wallet - Citrus.

            However, I observed today that they have moved from Citrus Wallet to Udio wallet and my money is nowhere. I also see a fine print on the ixigo cashback page "Note: Your cashback will have a validity of 30 days from the credit date. Please use it within this period to avoid expiration."

            I am trying to contact ixigo - via mail and phone but haven't received any response. I want my hard earned money. Worse still, I have been their loyal customer for years - how could they betray the trust?

            Cashback provided my ixigo flight ticket
            I booked my flight ticket from Mumbai to Chennai on 27th August. There was a Cashback amount of 600 rs but I haven't got any Cashback. Do refund my money ASAP.
            I have booked my ticker with Ixigo for a flight. It says cashback of 600 credited to CITRUS wallet, but Citrus wallet shows ZERO balance.

            This is biggest fraud and cheating. PayTm is the best.

              Hi,
              I was trying to book a return flight ticket from indore to new delhi on ixigo.com through payment gateway ccavenue.com on 21/09/2016. An amount of rs.8618 was deducted from my axis savings bank savings account (Via netbanking) but the transaction did not take place.
              This is the sms i received from the bank : your a/c is debited rs 8618 on[protected] info: inb/[protected]/ccavenue.com / charge/mum
              There is no customer care contact number on the ixigo app or complaint email id.

                I have booked 2 flight tickets through ixigo.com some days ago and by this time i should have received the cashback that was applicable to my tickets.
                Yes, as i emailed to ixigo.com(because they have not provided any direct contact number anywhere ) about it, they said that the cashback has been credited to your account.I said ok, but my problem is that i am not able to login to the account in which the cashback is credited(CITRUS WALLET) because to login to that account i need to type a verification OTP that i will recieve on my number, and that is not possible because i was not using that sim for a long time and it is deactivated.And even after sending repeated emails to [protected]@ixigo.com, they have replied after 5 days and that too with an irrelevant response.And after that also, i emailed them again yesterday and they haven't replied to it too till now.

                  For dis booking my paid 5300 and ixigo fare was 3400. They told me that 1900 would b refunded but more than 1 month is gone nothing done by mr sajan. Big fraud company. His contact no is [protected]

                    I had booked the cab from this company from Delhi to haldwani.. the taxi was booked at Rs 5400 and I received a confirmation message too from the company side. They also send the contact details of driver and then the journey was planned. The driver was about to pick up at 8 o clock in the morning.Since the trip is of 6-7 hours so everyone wanted things to proceed in planned manner.

                    Now at 10.50 in the night they are informing us that the cab is unavailable and if we want to continue our trip we have to pay 6200.

                    This is the worst experience I had from these unprofessional people. I suggest such unreliable company should no longer be kept working. They spoilt our whole trip which was very important to us.

                    Don't rely on this company when u are planning any long trips.

                      Booked a INDIGO flight 6E 606 for my wife from Jaipur to Delhi using ixigo.com where it was mentioned 20kg as check-in luggage and Rs.150 per kg for extra baggage. But at the airport Indigo staff mentioned max check-in limit as 15Kg and Rs.250 per Kg extra baggage. She paid Rs.3500 for excess baggage which was more than the flight cost. As a proof I just have a screenshot of the website with false details.

                      I have booked 3 tickets on ixigo.com and did not receive cash back into citrus account. However it is showing as Cashback approved. However I did not get anything into my Citrus account.

                      Please advise to get the Cashback as I am not getting the customer care numbers of ixigo.com.

                      I book a flight of Go Air through Ixigo.com. Flight is G8-347 on 5th July'17 from JAI to BOM. I got a message from GoAir about cancellation of Flight. But i neighter received any refund nor any re-book of flight.
                      Please confirm me the status of Flight G8-347 on 5th july17.

                        Hi Team, This complaint is in regards to ticket booked on 30th Nov'15, PNR: #JTQKW. I haven't received any cashback or any mail from your team. You customer care team is very ridiculously handling our issues, When I asked who will not go for claiming cashback Sakshi (Customer care representative) told that it's your fault you should have clicked on the link. If by any chance we missed to click on any not required link to claim cashback then it's your duty to aware customer of the cashback they are eligible for. I want resolution on this matter ASAP.                           I booked two tickets of jet airways via their website on 12 May.I filled up claim form on 12 May itself.But they are denying cashback without ant solid reason.

                            In Aug 2015 the company is fradulently advertising a cashback scheme to be claimed within 7 days of booking. However only later you come to know it is within 6 days of booking. Because of this the customers are being taken for a ride and the company does not have to pay anything. This is pure cheating. I booked my tickets on Aug 16, 2015 (PNR C6NIVP). When I claimed cashback on Aug 23 (7 days of booking), the company refused saying the last date is Aug 22. How in the world is Aug 22 is 7 days from Aug 16 ? It is just 6 days. Pure cheating.

                              Hi, I have booked a hotel booking with Ixigo website on 22nd Feb'15. Booking partner is Expedia and confirmation ID is provided via email. However, after having multiple follow ups with Ixigo team over last 5 weeks - feedback provided is "The details provided by you do not seem to match the records of our booking partner" which is absolutely pathetic to hear. I have original booking confirmation email, Expedia customer care also does confirm booking - not sure what Ixigo team is looking from customer perspective. Having this experience, it sounds like LTC is just a fake offer from Ixigo to gain interest from customer community but not fulfilling to either of promises and painful customer care experience. Do we see if there is a channel who can help people on such issues? Thanks,
