Ixigo — Last Name not allowing single alphabet character

I have booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Hyd. Name is SHIRISHA G, as the last name is mandatory and not allowing single alphabet, I have entered SHIRISH in first name and A G in second name.
Due to which name is updated in boarding pass as A G SHIRISH.
Airport authorities were not allowing us into Airport.
I had to cancel the ticket and book a new one, which costed me 10, 000.
I am looking for the compensation of the loss which I have suffered.
