Due to some issues 13010 Doon Express (time:

8.55Pm) was canceled by irctc from Yog nagri rishikesh to Howrah on 14th July 2023. Me and my husband booked the online tickets through the ixigo app for AC three tier, even now I am not getting my money back even after filling out the TDR form and email to the irctc many times. Strangely ixigo doesn't even have complaints number where we can talk to some! This is a completely fake app, thus stealing the customer's money.

    This akshat gupta registered ixigo flight ticket from phone no [protected].flight is from new delhi to mangalore on 21 august 9:00am to 14:10.my amount is deducted by ixigo of amount of rs 6944 on 6 august 23:22 pm with upi transaction id[protected] to ixigo.[protected]@axisbank.please look into these issue and refund my money as soon as possible.and ticket is not booked by them.please look into these matter

      But today I cancel my tickets and money refund back to ixigo money max now from this I have transferred money to my account but my account is closed so how can I get my money back to ixigo money max wallet

          Subject: Urgent Complaint - Ticket Payment Made, But Booking Not Confirmed

          Dear Sir,

          I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent booking experience I had with your company. On Wednesday, 19 July 2023, I booked a train ticket for my friend from Rajkot to New Delhi through your website/booking platform. However, despite completing the payment process, the ticket has not been confirmed, leaving us in a highly inconvenient situation.

          Booking Details:

          Name of Passenger: Mario Michaque
          Departure Date: Thursday 20 July 2023
          Departure Station: Rajkot
          Arrival Station: New Delhi
          Payment Method:PayAtm
          Payment Transaction ID:[protected]

          Upon completing the payment, we expected to receive a confirmation email or message with the e-ticket details and PNR number. Unfortunately, no such communication was received, and my friend's travel plans are now hanging in uncertainty.

          As this matter is o[censored]tmost urgency, I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve this issue promptly. We expect a swift response explaining the reason for the booking failure and, more importantly, a viable solution. Please reconfirm the booking or process a refund for the full amount debited from my account.

          In case there were any technical glitches during the booking process, I recommend taking immediate actions to address and rectify such issues, preventing them from recurring in the future. Moreover, I suggest implementing a more robust and reliable booking system to ensure customers do not face such inconveniences in the future.

          I understand that unforeseen errors may occur, but as a loyal customer, I trust that your team will handle this matter with the utmost professionalism and prioritize customer satisfaction.

            We would like to inform you that an amount of ₹ 21484 has already been refunded to your source account on 14 Jul 2023.

            Since you've mentioned that the amount has not been received by you, we request you to get in touch with your bank by sharing the ARN 74056633196319538463153 using which they will be able to trace the refunded amount. We would like to clarify that the ARN numbers provided are sufficient proof of the refund processed from our end.

              Refund money not transferred from ixigo money max to my debit card

              I’ve tried booking 2 Tatkal tickets from Ahmedabad to Vadakara on 14/07/2023 (Friday) for a journey on 15/07/2023 (Saturday), but after the money was paid, I received a message from IRCTC telling me that the slots were all full and the refund has been initiated.
              Ixigo customer care had also sent me a message on WhatsApp saying that the transfer will be done soon.
              After some time I did receive the refund on my ixigo money max...

                  Today as of 9 July, I booked tickets for two people in my family for train from ixigo train app money deducted completely but ticket booking is not showing in the particular app and I booked my ticket with Amazon pay as stated one of the payment method.

                      Hi my name is Basudeb Biswas . On 18.04.2023 I booked one flight from Mumbai to kolkata from ixigo portal. The amount got debited from my account but ticket was not booked and amount was not reversed yet. I have called customer care several times but nothing was done and amount is not refunded till now

                        I made a transaction evening from you app and it was successful. I have not received the ticket and after checking with my bank i got to know that transaction was successful and money got deducted towards merchandise that is ixigo.
                        I made the transaction through upi. I have also checked with irctc and they have not received any payment and they also told that money is stuck with ixigo
                        What happened to my money? When can i expect this to resolve?

                              I made a transaction from ixigo and chose paytm upi payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "somethi." but in ng went wrong " paytm upi statement its showing "transaction with WWW IXIGO COM successful". Debited amount - 209.21, date and time : 11:29PM 24 june 2023, ref no[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 209.21 asap.

                                      As I have tried booking ticket from secunderabad to Nellore but it got failed

                                      At 1st time I tried booking through mobikwik but failed and money got deducted and again 2nd time I tried through phonepay it got failed and money got deducted.

                                      I received refund for 2nd booking but I didn't received any update or refund for 1st booking.
