I had recently booked my ticket from rajkot to ahmedabad from ixigo on 12 april for the date 13 april (the next day) with trip id IXITRS[protected] and payment id 1CN8E9Z9PT7YPRBS719.
Unfortunately i had cancelled the booking my mistake though i wanted to continue the booking so i paid requested money by ixigo on upi and my money got debited by ticket was not confirmed.
I started my booking again thinking maybe my payment was stuck and will be included in the next payment but ixigo requested money another time with different account on my same upi.
So where does my money go? Even chat AI is literally so useless that it doesn’t allow us to contact customer support executive so I’m requesting ixigo to guide me further with my complaint issue as soon as possible.
If my booking was confirmed then please provide me the ticket details and if my booking was cancelled then please provide the refund back in my account so i can initiate another booking.
