Ixigo — Money deducted but ticket not booked. | |||||
I have booked a flight ticket through ixigo.com(musafir) on 28th October, 2016 .With more accurate words i would say I tried to book the ticket for "Patna" to "Mumbai" worth Rs. 9465 for which the money got deducted from my Icici bank credit card but ticket was not booked.And since that time I am trying contacting "musafir" for the refund of my money but they are not replying. I have tried calling them for atleast 100 times but they are not responding.Meanwhile, I have also contacted ixigo.com for the help and they have sent an email to musafir keeping me in CC. But I am not getting any response from musafir.I want my money back.I am fed up of contacting ixigo and musafir. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I wished to book a ticket from Mumbai to jaipur but after completing formalities clicked on block ticket option by mistake, but I want to book that ticket .pl. help me with your booking formalities .
