My money deducted from my bank but ixigo not booked my ticket i already sent the feedback and mails but no reply till now. Details: Mob. [protected] Ticket partner : go air Doj : 23 nov 2017 Name : asharam bidiyasar Kindly check the status and book the ticket or else get back my refund so that i can book my ticket from other source. My user id is greeshmaU & I booked a tickets for plakkad through ixigo a few minutes back but it showing I didn't booked the ticket but my money was deducted from my account ...kindly reply me asap ...& I attached the screenshot of message which I received from ixigo ...so check out & reply me

When are u going to update your info this is too bad ...u deducted my money from my account without booking my ticket ...I need my money to be refund back to my bank ... asap ...reply me greeshmamudayakumar11@gmail.com

Amount of 17, 356 has been deducted from my account while I was booking on 2Dec2020, but tickets have not been booked yet.
The amount is not at all less. 17000 is a huge amount. I would like them back ASAP. I have also dropped a mail to ixigo.
I never had this issue with ixigo before. But if this is the situation without caring for customers then this will be the last booking and will also inform others.
