[Resolved] Ixigo — my train cancelled refund is not return in my bank account | |||
My ticket pnr no. [protected] my problem is that these train is cancelled on that date of travel and after that my refund is not return in my bank .i was contact in bank but in my bank there is no transaction happen in my account i have also bank statement.i want my money immediately in my account, i also register complaint to you in consumer court its complaint no. is 1444359. thank you rajender jha Was this information helpful? | |||

Indigo confirmed that refund amount of flight approx 6900 has been sent to ixigo but same has not been received in my ixigo wallet nor in my account.
May please resolve above issue at earliest.
