[Resolved] Ixigo — no confirmation received in spite of deduction of money | |||
Sir, I booked a train ticket from anand vihar trm to new alipurduar in train 12506 for 22 feb of manoj. After redirecting to payment page i paid it through phone pay but after payment (Deduction of money) i was not redirect back to ixigo app and not get any confirmation or information about the ticket. Amount has been deducted from my account. I m not getting its detail in txn history of ixigo app and Was this information helpful? | |||
