Ixigo — Not get full refund of booking cancel

I had booked a ticket from Jaipur to Hyderabad for 6th June, but later rescheduled it, for which I was charged ₹3000. I rescheduled the journey to 6th July, but then cancelled the ticket on 12th June through the official Air India website.

After cancelling, I received a message from Air India stating that ₹5581 has been refunded to my booking partner. However, when I submitted a request regarding the refund, I was informed that only ₹2129 would be refunded.

Why am I not receiving the full ₹5581 if Air India has already refunded that amount to the booking partner?
