Ixigo — Partial refund of airline fare

Sir,
This is to inform you that I had a flight From Guwahati to Kolkata on 22.02.2025 Alliance Air • 9I 758. The PNR no of my ticket is 2SKNPM . Two o[censored]s were supposed to travel, Mr. Jim Tudu and Mr. Sk. Adib Bin Ahamed. The ticket costed me Rs. 6670. However the flight was cancelled and the refund I received was Rs. 5582. Since, the flight was cancelled by the airline itself I, am supposed to get the full refund in this regard. I therefore request you to please do the needful in this regard so that i get the refund of my balance amount of Rs. 1088 at the earliest.
