please return 570/- ruppes payment.

I booked a railway ticket using ixigo app and the transection was made through PhonePe. The transection was successful (paid Re. 570/-). But I got no confirmation of the ticket what so ever neither through SMS or email.

[Rs.570 has been debited from your a/c no [protected] on[protected] towards UPI ID [protected]@ybi.
Please refunded money in this transaction
