Ixigo — Payment deducted via UPI but ticket not booked

On 10th July 2025 at 9:19 PM, I attempted to book a train ticket through the Ixigo platform. I paid ₹4, 427 using Google Pay via UPI, and the payment was successfully debited from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account.

- Google Transaction ID: CICAgKi-7MezKA
- Ixigo Train Trip ID: IXITRS[protected]
- Amount: ₹4, 427
- Status: Payment completed but ticket not booked

Despite the transaction being successful, I did not receive any booking confirmation from Ixigo, and the ticket was not booked. I request either an immediate resolution of the booking or a full refund.

Please look into this issue urgently. I have also attached a screenshot as proof of payment.
