[Resolved]  Ixigo — Payment done but ticket not received

Sir I had booked a ticket through this platform and successfully paid for it. But now it not showing any booking and due to this i am not even able to contact them. Even call based customer support is also not available and only chat support which is also not working in my case because according to them there is no booking.
here I am sharing my UPI reference no of the transaction[protected]

I want the full refund of my transaction.
