[Resolved] Ixigo — payment refund for failed booking | |||
Dear team, I was booking a train ticket through ixigo application on 12th october at 08:25 am and during payment via upi mode (Paytm) my payment was successful of amount 2645.40 inr to upi - [protected]@axisbank as per upi reference id[protected] but ticket was not booked neither there was any confirmation of booking failed in the trip history. Verified Support Oct 13, 2019 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi Neeraj, Greetings from ixigo! Transaction ID / Trip ID - 92C2KAQ3Z55PW8MA7M Refund amount - INR 2645.4 We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we wish to inform you that your booking could not be confirmed, as the transaction failed. The refund has already been initiated on October 12 and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account. I tried to book train ticket from ixigo app.but it failed and amount is deducted from my account, till now there is no response from there side.Its been for more than 7 days.

I booked a ticket from bandra terminus to palanpur junction for 6th sep but always my booking got failed. My trip id IXITR[protected]. Please look into this Matter and solve my issue

I was booking a ticket from nellore to ongole for the train Pinakini Express 12712 on Sep 24 9:45 A.M. The money has been deducted from my phone pe account but the transaction had failed. So I booked another ticket which was successful. But I didn't get the money refunded on my former unsuccessful booking. Hope you can look into it and get me refunded.
