[Resolved] Ixigo — refund has not been received yet for cancelled trains | |||
Hi team, I have following up from last month yet i did not get any proper update and again i mailing you for an update for amount which should be refunded as now which didnt happen. Below is the issue. I did train reservations on 9th october 2019 (Details as shown below). However last month i had received two messages that both train cancelled but i did not receive the amount yet. Please let me know when the amount will be refunded to my account. Cancelled trains information (Pnr, jd, train number) : B. Train number : 14309 Journey date : 2nd jan 2020 Stations : from h nizamuddin to saharanpur Pnrs : 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3.
