Verified Support May 27, 2021 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hey, The refund is already successful on 22nd May with bank ARN 30001011431142090532484. The refund may take upto 7 days to reflect. I had cancel my train ticket on 9th may 2023 through ixigo app. Money refund initiated but not received still. Kindly send it faster.

I am Utesh. Earlier i had booked a train ticket. Here is my PNR no :- [protected]. I partially cancelled this train on the same day of booking on 2 Jan 2022. After that there it is showing that the refund amount Rs 350/- will be reflected on your account by 4 Jan 2022. I had used my UPI Id for the payment of this ticket. It was shown that the amount will be returned to the source, but it isn't showing when we check the balance in Google pay. Here I have some screenshots of the payment. I hope your will surely look into this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
