Booking is pending with amount deducted

I tried to book ticket for 2 people from Tirupati to Chennai through ixigo. money is debited from account and it asked to login to view ticket but the existing pwd didnt work.
When forgot pwd is given, new one is generated and sent to mobile but this also didnt work. meanwhile transaction is cancelled. No customer care number to follow with and the chatbot giving same answers.
IRCTC should take proper action....

Amount debited but no ticket so please refund amount

I tried to book a train ticket with ixigo on 7/4/2021 from Tirupati to Kuppam. The amound of 156 rupees debited from my bank account but booking not successfull and i cant find my failed booking in the app. again i booked the ticket and it was successfull since my previous booking is failure and i lost that amount it didn't refund yet....

I didn't get the ticket details but my amount 343 was paid through the ixigo app...

Dear sir

I tried to book ticket for ernakulam to ongole train ticket but after payment was done that app not showing anything and my money cutter in my account to ixigo so I want my money back...

Booking shows payment failed but amount deducted.

I booked ticket 🎫 on, 09.04.2021 & ticket not booked but when i proceed to pay through google pay, my amount deducted from my account....

Haven't received my fare back

I was booking a hwh ndls ac spl 3a ticket on 1st March for next day on tatkal worth 2876 rupee, the amount is debited from my upi account of sbi but process got failed for some reason so ticket wasn't booked....

Not getting refund

Yesterday I have tried to book a ticket at 3:40 and the payment has done two times means I have paid 621 rs two times first at 3:40 and second at 3:41 and i got only one refund of 621 .
I request you to pls look at this matter seriously.....

Refund of Ticket Cancellation Deepak

I have booked my train ticked from spj to jat on 23rd of March 2021
After 10 minutes I cancelled the ticket and I have not recieved refund in my bank account .
The current status is refund initiated but I have not received the refund yet.

Today is 9th of april 2021 and today is 17th day and i have not recieved my refund yet.

Sir I had booked a ticket through this platform and successfully paid for it. But now it not showing any booking and due to this i am not even able to contact them. Even call based customer support is also not available and only chat support which is also not working in my case because according to them there is no booking.

After filling the details it moves to the payment page. As I have given my upi address and i got payment request in my google pay. I have booked train ticket on 02/04/2021. The amount of rs1078 has been deducted but further processing failed. Ixigo has messaged refund till 03/04/2021 but still not refunded the amount....

Money debited, no ticket

I tried booking a ksrtc bus ticket from Kalpetta to trivandrum on 06/04/21 in ixigo app . After the payment shown successful, money of rs. 589 was debited from account. Thereafter ticket was not confirmed. Money is also not refunded yet....

Train ticket cancellation amount not refunded

Sir,
I have booked my ticket through ixigo on 5th march having PNR: [protected] and Booking Id: IXITR[protected]. And i have cancelled my ticket on 9th march 2021 but have not received the refund amount in my account till now.
As per the IRCTC customer care representative the refund process have been completed from their side but have been delayed from ixigo side.
Please resolve my issue by refunding the amount as soon...
