[Resolved]  Ixigo — refund issue with booking

Address:Nagpur, Maharashtra, 440002

I booked flight ticket on ixigo app having booking id :if[protected] airindia flight pnr : ygbq6 from nagpur to mumbai on 9sep 2019. And the flight get cancelled, and got the confirmation call from airindia that ticket is cancelled and nil refund is forward to your agent (I. E. Ixigo) but now ixigo says we yet didn't receive refund from airindia. When i call airindia customer support they said they already forwarded the refund to ixigo. Now its almost 11 days completed i didn't get any refund from ixigo. Is ixigo is convenience or inconveniences of customers.

total refund amount is not 220 it is given by ixigo on the normal T&C .But here in my case i am eligible to get full refund for my booking because it is a rule if flight cancelled or delayed more than 2hrs the customer will get nil refund. And this is cleared by airline AirIndia of which i booked ticket, they call me and said that flight is cancelled and you will get nil refund from us via original payment method i.e. ixigo . So its now your responsibility to get my refund about ASP.
