[Resolved]  Ixigo — Refund money not received in my account

my amount of Rs.397/- not refunded into my account. Train booking details IXITR[protected] dated 26.11.2021.

I have booked a ticket of ₹2258/- but it gets failed because of refresh button.when I apply for refund they have shown me that my money has been transferd to my account but I have not receive any amount.
When I have search it I got to know that ixigo refund our mony on ixigo money max then I have gone though the app and open ixigo money max and they have asked me that "do you want to transfer you money in you account " I pressee yes they don't. Even ask my bank account no.IFC code nothing and a notification came said that you money has been transfer but till now I didn't get my money back..
In which account they have transfer my money?

I have Book 2 ticket, on cancal of ticket no money is Recieved. because it is showing a mesage of "Reversed due to ixigo money max refund transfer failure".

Here showing that ur money transferred to ur account but i didnt get money into account please refund it.

I have provided my account statement below. U can see amount of Rs.463 have provided my account statement below. U can see amount of Rs. 463 deducted for booking. But no amont of Rs. 463credited for refund on 29/12/2022 Bank told me no transaction was made. So send me my money.
