[Resolved] Ixigo — refund money of failed transactions

I tried booking tickets from ixigo app on 15/10/19 from Banglore to kachegoda, but my tickets wrnt booked and my money was deducted from the account .I haven’t received any message so far from the team.And my transaction was done through UPI and am attaching the details here.kindly refund my money .I have spoken my bank and as well as irctc, but they said they cannot Solve this and only ixigo can solve this .kindly look into this and make the refund as soon as possible .And when a transaction fails kindly mention it in your app or else it’s difficult for us to run around and ask for the details

The refund has already been initiated on October 15 and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.
Please note : Saturday, Sunday and Festivals are not counted as working days.
