I paid for my railway ticket through google pay, but i didn't get the ticket due to the connection error. But the money was debited from the bank account. And after i got that i have to wait for one week to get my money back. And i waited for one week for the refund. But still i didn't get my money back. Please recommend a way to refund my money fast as possible, please refund my money.

The money was deducted from my account but due to network problem my train ticket booking got failed. The transaction was done via Bhim and payment was successful. I still haven't got my money back. There is even no record of my transaction in the app.

    I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and choose paytm wallet for payment but ticket was not booked but in upi wallet statement its showing "transaction with paytm upi successful". Debited amount - 384 date and time :10 oct 2019, 06:27 am and transaction id[protected].. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 384 asap.

    Rs 383.68 has been deducted and [protected]@axisbank on 10-10-19.

      I book my train ticket from ixigo app on 8 oct 12.19 pm through upi app phone pe. My phone pe transaction is successful. Trans. Id - p1910081218576728940948.

      But ixigo said that my booking is cancelled. They donot refund my money. I also attach pics of the transaction. Please refund my money.

        Had tried to book train tickets by mussouri express from old delhi to kotdwar on 18 th september 2019, but payment failed, i was promised refund within five days but no refund received till date.
        Transaction details are as follows

        The amount was deducted from hdfc bank account (Not giving those details for account safety reason.
        Please arrange refund early.

          I have made 3 flight ticket bookings for 29 of october 2019 from port blair to trivandrum. It was an indigo flight at 7.25 am via chennai. I have used the ixigo app for boooking. I have done the payment through google pay. I was charged 16417/- rs for 3 tickets. After the payment process was done i was recovered back to the home screen. The money got deducted from my account however i didnt fet any confirmation for the same till now. Its already been more than 24 hours. I even called the indigo customer care where i got to know that i dont have any bookings in my name. After mailing cheapticket (A vendor of ixigo) they told me that they didnt receive the money and asked me to contact ixigo. Since there are no tollfree number for ixigo i mailed them. Which they are not replying to. I want my money refunded in my account as soon as possible because i have to do the bookings again.

After my account got debited with an amount of rs.288.68 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.

              Ixigo didn’t send me an ticket id or any other confirmation When I clicked book tickets via upi google payment I opened google pay and confirm the payment after then I open ixigo app again my app refreshed ticket is not booked I have the receipt of payment done to Le travenues technology private limited please refund my money

                I booked 3 flight ticket booking from port blair to trivandrum this monring for 29 october 2019 at 7.25 am via chennai. It was an indigo flight. I have used google pay as the payment method. The money has been successfully paid to ixigo. After the money got deducted from my account i was redirected to the homescreen. And i didnt get any confirmation for the booking. I called the indigo customer care and checked there was no booking in my name. When will i get the refund back?

                      The air india already change my tickets and flights yesterday with the previous tickets.

                      Which you did not sort out just doing time pass with asking query and number again.

                      I will also put this email time pass for last two days in website. After i back from business trip i will put this matter of your time pass and asking again and again frustrated me and my time.

                      If you were so much genuine you might yesterday sort my refund you are doing purposely as you people know i have flight on 6 oct 201.

                      Don't try to over-smart by sending everyday one mail.

                      This i done with air india communication and they sort it out without hesitation.

                      Ixigo is totally negligence unprofessional plus neither serious solve query

                      Only time pass with customer so that they like to put customer holding as they will not keened to solve customer query.

                      They are game player and playing with customer and irritate customer.

                        I tried to book train ticket from howrah to yeshwanthpur on ixigo using phone pe app, my amount was deducted from phonepe but on the ixigo page it was still showing "amount to be deducted rs 6k" and i tried to refresh the page but it was showing "cancel transaction/bookings?" and then at the end payment time was over and nothing happened. My money also didnt get refund and neither i received any message regarding refundment. Please help. I have attached a picture of the phone pe transaction page.

                          I tried to book using ixigo app on october 3rd. I've used phonepay upid for transaction. I was very disappointed to say that my money got deducted but in ixigo page payment was unsuccessful. 6k was deducted from my account. Transaction was successful on phonepe app but on the bookings and payments page on ixigo the page wasn't getting refreshed. I have attached a photo of the transaction page of phonepe. Please help

When i tried to call support team, the response was not appreciable. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

                              This is to inform that i am fed up again asking in my email about query and sort out. Bludy you are doing this me same since morning till 9 am to 11:pm how many times i will give you explanation about my frustration of loosing my money and time because of your ignorance and liar comments of Air India Tickets cancel.

                              MY Booking ID also mentioned to your bluddy customer service all were different people cutting of my phone plus again again repeating asking my ticket and booking number..since morning 9:00 Am to 6:00 PM were asking me to call back again they didn't neither support or answer my query.

                              I ask customer service to cancel my ticket or change my ticket as i have meeting @ Delhi International Airport with one of my client i can not delay that hence i booked @ 4:00 PM instead of 5:00 Pm. One female keep me hold and at last she said Air India can not cancel your tickets this was totally liar never accepted and she said you call to Air India ask them...This was lied and bullish answer from your customer service.

                              You Know what i rang Air India People there customer service said we have no issues of cancel your ticket that your ixigo is lie to me to cancel or change my tickets.

                              still there was no updates from your side only i received email @ 6:15 PM when I put comments on your side.

                              Where were you people when my query was ignoring plus liar with me and now again asking explanation when i was frusted with you people from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM...

                              Still you need explanation i have to re-booked my tickets with different way.

                              SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY ASKING AGAIN AND AGAIN EXPLANATION.

                              NEITHER YOU REFUND MY MONEY I RE-BOOK MY TICKETS AGAIN WITH OTHER AIRLINES... INSTEAD OF YOUR COMPANY NEGLIGENCE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND IGNORANCE YOU PEOPLE WASTED MY MONEY AND WHOLE DAY.

                                This is to inform that i am fed up again asking in my email about query and sort out. Bludy you are doing this me same since morning till 9 am to 11:pm how many times i will give you explanation about my frustration of loosing my money and time because of your ignorance and liar comments of Air India Tickets cancel.

                                MY Booking ID also mentioned to your bluddy customer service all were different people cutting of my phone plus again again repeating asking my ticket and booking number..since morning 9:00 Am to 6:00 PM were asking me to call back again they did-int neither support or answer my query.

                                BY booking details was JGSMG Pnr number was [protected]

                                Today i receive email 03/10/2019 that as my Previous flight details as follows:

                                I inform if i want to go @ 5:00 PM Flight i can book that time only why i should booked on 4:00 Pm. I try to explain and convince customer service again again and again every time i rang every time different people ask again again question.

                                I ask customer service to cancel my ticket or change my ticket as i have meeting @ Delhi International Airport with one of my client i can not delay that hence i booked @ 4:00 PM instead of 5:00 Pm. One female keep me hold and at last she said Air India can not cancel your tickets this was totally liar never accepted and she said you call to Air India ask them...This was lied and bullish answer from your customer service.

                                You Know what i rang Air India People there customer service said we have no issues of cancel your ticket that your ixigo is lieing to you to cancel or change the tickets.

                                still there was no updates from your side only i received email @ 6:15 PM when I put comments on your side.

                                Where were you people when my query was ignoring plus liar with me and now again asking explanation when i was frusted with you people from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM...

                                Still you need explanation i have to rebooked my tickets with different way.

                                SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY ASKING AGAIN AND AGAIN EXPLANATION.

                                NEIHER YOU REFUND MY MONEY I REBOOK MY TICKETS AGAIN WITH OTHER AIRLINES... INSTEAD OF YOUR COMPANY NEGGILIIANCE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND IGNORENCE YOU PEOPLE WASTED MY MONEY AND WHOLE DAY.

                                  This is a headache for me we booked ticket on 30 of aug 2019 for 6 oct 2019 air india and i received email that flight timing is now from ai 144 - 5:pm to 4:pm instead of ai 687 - 4:pm to 5:00 pm.. I for ward the mail to this people and they are saying flight can nit cancel as air india saying not possible as i was having meeting in airport as soon as i reached delhi with flight no. Ai 687. I rang them several time ixigo customer service since 9:00 to 5:00 pm. I personally rang air india they change my tickets then. These people are fraud no helpful just give you headache plus bead experience of ignoring and lieing and waste of hrs and hrs 9 hrs they wasted mine.

                                    Tonight i booked a ticket through ixigo app, for a wl ticket. After the payment process and receiving sms saying the it has been charged to my card, the booking still does not appear in my account. It remains as "booking pending" in the transaction page, itip id: ixitr[protected]

                                    Please advise what this means? Was the booking successful or not if i have already been charged?

The refund has already been initiated and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.

                                    Please note: For faster refunds, you can set up ‘Instant Refunds’ on ixigo. All you need to do is link your UPI ID, with your ixigo account.

                                    Please follow these steps to set up Instant refunds on ixigo:
                                    1. Visit the ‘Profile’ section on the app
                                    2. Click on the ‘Instant Refund’ option
                                    3. Enter your UPI ID
                                    4. Accept the terms & conditions and click on continue

                                    If you still face any issue, do let us know. We are always an email away!

                                      Address: Le Travenues Technology Pvt Ltd gurugram haryana, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122002

                                      Booked a flight on 26th of august from pune to delhi and amount has been debited from the account but the flight booking got canceled, its been a month now still not got the refund. The email id is [protected]@gmail.com
                                      Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. I'm attaching the screenshot of the booking details.
