Good evening!!!
I were booking train ticket through ixigo. At final stage of transaction amount had been paid through upi to [protected]@axisbank and suddenly app had been signed out.

Payment alert from bank :
Acct xxx911 debited with inr5902.36 on 22-oct-19 and [protected]@axisbank credited. Info:upi[protected]. Call 18002662 for dispute or sms block 911 to [protected].

Kindly help to get the refund at the earliest possible.

Quick action will be highly appreciated.

    I had booked two tickets from ixigo trains app from pune to faridabad for nov 26 2019. Payment was done through upi and was successful. Amount in ₹1257.70 was deducted but then i did not receive any tickets or invoice for the booking. Checked my trips section as well but there was nothing shown for the same. Reached out to irctc, they said that they do not have any information regarding this booking. Please look into it and initiate refund or provide the booking details with the tickets as soon as possible. Upi transaction is also attached for reference.
    Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I am unable to cancel my booked ticket, all the time I try to cancel but it reflects to one message that it is not booked from this account, please help me solve the issue
    I paid money via BHIM app, transactions was completed but ticket wasn’t booked.

      I booked a flight ticket from ranchi to kolkata on 23-20-19 and money was deducted through google pay but i haven't received my ticket yet. I either want my ticket or my money asap.
      I generally never use internet and it was my first when i was booking an arline ticket from your app. Please don't make my first experience bitter. Waiting for response.

        Money deducted but booking not done,

        App opend upi portal it means phonepey i have done transaction, after i paid amount of 1835.4rs, i didn’t get tickets
        There is no customer care number to ask abt my money

          Hello. I booked 2 tickets today through upi payment. It was booked by the ixigo trains app. After the money was deducted the app went back to the home page without asking for login password or anything. I haven’t got any message or mail saying that the money will be refunded. I haven’t even got a transaction i’d or anything. It’s not showing in the failed tickets list. Please reply asap and let me know when the money will be returned.

            I was doing the booking of 4 tickets from udhna to chhapra yesterday and it did took me to the payment method where i chooses upi and the payment was done but i wasn’t redirected to the irctc site and i cannot see no where my booking is done.

              I have made the transaction to book ticket from ixigo app from mumbai to kota Rajdhani 12951 for 18 Nov 2019.
              I made the payment through upi (Google pay). Amount deducted from my account.
              I made the payment through google pay to [protected]@axisbank.
              The transaction made on 18th October 2019.
              Bank said amount successfully transferred to merchant. Amount not returned as of now.
              Please look into the matter. As it is long due.
              Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Same thing happened to me what to do now my amnt was 1835.4
              I have booked my tickets today morning at 7:50 am for KSR- Kochuveli, Money got debited from my account. Please refund me back the money at earliest. I need it in urgent amount of 497 deducted. Attached the bank mail thereby in the attachments.
              I booked ticket but I didn't get confirmed details of my ticket and the fare is also deduced from my bank account.
              Kindly refund it to me.

                Booking made via Credit card .

                  I booked a ticket via ixigo from mumbai to kota for 18 nov 2019 mumbai Rajdhani 12951.
                  My account got debited but I didn’t receive ticket.
                  Also there is no bookings in the booking tab of the app.

                    Hi ixigo,
                    On 19th october, i have made a transaction of rs. 3786.38 through upi for a train ticket and it was successful but ticket was not booked.
                    I have checked with the bank and they confirmed money debited to ixigo.
                    Irctc also confirmed they did not receive any payment.
                    I am providing thr transaction detailed in attachment.
                    Please refund the money.

                      I made a transaction this morning from you app and it was successful. I have not received the ticket and after checking with my bank i got to know that transaction was successful and money got deducted towards merchandise that is ixigo.

                          On october 16, 2019 a sum of rs.4202.85 was remitted by me through bhim upi for booking train ticket in ixigo app. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 4202.85 asap. The details are

                            I tried booking tickets for BAngalore to kachegoda on 15/10/19 via ixigo app and my transaction was failed, but my money was deducted from account and the transaction was made through UPI to [protected]@axis bank.kindly look into this and solve this issue as soon as possible .I also have attached the transaction details .I asked my bank and they said to contact the concern team for it, kindly look into this matter.

                                  I booked a train ticket on 03 oct with Ixigo trains app of 1850 Rs. Neither I got the ticket nor the refund even though It has already been 13 days. I paid with google pay I talked to Google pay Customer Care they told me that the money is with Ixigo trains app. Please escalate the payment to me.
                                  Twice money has been debited from my upi at [protected]@axisbank but not yet received refund. It is more than a day .

                                  1885.40=3770.8

                                  I need the amt to be credited as it has the payment failuer & as per upi process the amount is reflected back within min.

                                    I went on ixigo to book my train ticket from panipat to delhi. I selected the cc coach and moved towards payment. Then after i paid from upi, it showed section timed out and now the money is gone, also i don't have ticket and have to pay extra for another ticket. Also, i can't see it in my bookings as failed or something, it just doesn't exist i want my ₹ 315 back.

                                      Made a train booking on Ixigo and the whole process proceeded smoothly till payment was processed but the site failed to issue the ticket.

                                      Repeated the same and once again the same issue.

                                      In essence did the whole process 2 times and paid twice without delivery of promised service!

                                      Next tried to contact the “customer support” which does not exist.

                                      The company relied heavily on “AI” hence the human touch is lost and the redressal process only extended.

                                      Sent mails and REMINDERS to the suggested email : [protected]@ixigo.com Once again no response.

                                      Attached screen shot of the payment confirmation.

                                      Pls provide the refund ASAP and address your site issues if you want to be competent in this competitive market.
