[Resolved] Ixigo — Refund my ticket | |
I booked 3 tickets through ixigo app on 11 November for 1st Dec 2020 from new delhi to panvel. On 24th November i received a text msg from irctc that train is cancelled due to some inconvenience. I contacted railway inquiry at 139 asking why i haven't received my refund yet they told me that train has not been cancelled but diverted.Also ixigo app was continuously showing that TRAIN IS CANCELLED in red block letters. So as it is of ixigo's fault that i didn't receive any massage containing that train has been restored..& i missed my journey.. i kindly request you to please refund my ticket amount 7982 rs as soon as possible.
