Ixigo — refund not issued for colombo

Hi
I booked a ticket via IXIGO from Chennai to Colombo, they deducted my money. I received another email stating booking cannot be made. refund will be issued in 7days. I have still not received any refunds. I have tried to email and call they have not responded. I have provided booking details below.
