Ixigo — Refund of cancelled flight by akasha air flight number qp1562

Dear Ixigo Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a refund for a flight booking made through your platform. My mother was scheduled to travel from Kolkata to Pune on Flight QP1562 (Akasa Air) on 6th July 2025. Unfortunately, after boarding, the flight was cancelled due to a bird strike.

Akasa Airlines issued a credit note for the cancelled flight; however, I have not received the refund to date, despite having booked the ticket via Ixigo. I have attempted to resolve this through your automated support system, but have been unable to get meaningful assistance.

This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I kindly request your urgent support in processing the refund at the earliest.
