I have booked train tickets from chennai mas to salem.. Since there was a change in the plan and the tickets were not confirmed and it was in waiting list, so i have cancelled my tickets and i got a message that i should get the refund from the agent, but i don't know who is the agent can you please explain about this... I have booked a railway ticket from bangalure to kacheguda and it was not done but later on my money is deducted from my account having transition details as [protected]IGACRATYW5 ...please resolve this issue and return my money back.

I have booked Lucknow to hapur 2 bus ticket by ixigo name hariom shishodia and preeti shishodia by jagdamba tourism Lucknow on 28 February'18 at 11:00 pm. I was called 10:50 to 11:30 pm in jagdamba tourism but there was ingage call after then picked my call and give operator number but operator side no response.
So return my money a.s.a.p its jagdamba tourism falt not me.I was already mailed ixigo.
