[Resolved] Ixigo — status of my refund amount | |||
Dear ixigo team 1. I booked a ticket for 04 person in train no 12442, rajdhani exp for 31 dec 2017 vide Pnr - [protected] Transaction id - [protected] 2. Subsequently i cancelled the above ticket on 31 dec vide cancellation id - [protected] and an amount of rs 1915 refund was initiated 3. It was mailed to me that refund of rs 1915.00 will be refunded in 10 days. So far the refund amount has not been credited in my account and in irctc site the status is showing 'rds'. I booked my train payment was debited from my ACCOUNT . WHEN I CANCELLED MY TRAIN THE PAYMENT WAS NOT RETURNED . TODAY IS THE THE 10 DAY MONEY was not returned .

I have booked my tickets but processing was failed. But payment from my account has been deducted. And I have't get my payment yet. I got phone from them dat I will receive payment in 5 days but now it's more than 10 days and I have't received my payment of rupees .

I booked my train 02386 Ju Hwh SF Spl for 2nd December 2020. It was in waiting list RLWL. I cancelled it on 1 December and there was mentioned that they gave the refund to my UPI ID. I paid the money through my UPI ID. It's already been 6 days but I didn't get the refund. My PNR IS - [protected]

I have booked a ticket on ixigo on 26th april 2021. The transaction failed but cash was debited from my account. It was told that i would get refund within may 3rd. But i didnt recive the amount.

Rs 1466 was deducted from my account.
I have enquired in the bank regarding the same. They told they havent recieved any such refund.

I have cancelled my Ticket & the refund status is said to be successful but the amount has not reached on my account please solve this problem
I had booked and cancelled a ticket for a train Ahmedabad Jn to Alleppey on[protected]Trip Id: IXITRS[protected]) from [protected]@gmail.com and the refund was initiated back to my debit card, but it has not yet been credited. Please do the needful soon.

Ixigo show me that they are successful to send my ixigo money max to my bank account but this amount is not reflected in my account plz refund my money
