[Resolved]  Ixigo — ticket auto cancelled

Hi, i tried booking a ticket on ixigo site today morning. Pnr-[protected], after entering the otp the payment page went blank and all white. I waited for 7-8 minutes and later found that my ticket is auto cancelled and the amount of 872/- is deducted.

Now they say - only 625/- would be refunded.. And 190/- is the irctc agent charge.
I didn't cancel my ticket. I was auto-cancelled. I need a complete refund if 872/-. It's a harassment and i would like this to be escalated.

I have done my train booking through ixigo Rs150.98 through google pay the amount got deducted from my account but the ticket process got cancelled. I cannot trace my amount in ixigo app kindly help me to resolve my query
