This is regarding the train booking which I did in IXIGO site (PNR# [protected])( BOOKING ID:IXITRS[protected]), after seeign the claims in their ad/banner confirm ticket else 3X return with no terms and conditions remark in it or * mentioning in it .
But surprisingly after my tickets not confirmed I didn’t received the amount as promised by them .
In summary
I paid total amount = 8368 /-
For which IRCTC amount =5685
And travel gurantee charged by IXIGO=2607 (Rs 867/- per passenger)
But after the seats not confirmed here is what they returned :
Rs 5685/- (IRCTC amount back to the source account)
6000 worth of Voucher amount (ixigo wallet) which has to be redeemed only with in 7days .
When I asked you promised 3X return they failed to justify they said this is the CAP we have to max limit .
So In all my Complain is in their ads
1. No where mentioning they have special terms and conditions in banner in small or bold or anything like this .(attached banner screen shot)
2. No where mention there is cap of 6000 Max limit on the refund while booking .
3.No mention of the amount refunded will be in voucher form only and has to be redeemed in 7 days .
4.No where mention that this can be non transferable and also mode to redeem will be only via Bus, AIR, train .
5.They claim we return you 3X so that you can travel by air
But when they returning just 6000 and wanted it to be in 7 days even single passenger can not travel by air with that amount and with in 7 days time .
All these above conditions are apparently pointed out by CSR to read the FAQS when you started asking about the refund of 3X amount from them .
More over no response to mail when we send query to them .
[protected]@ixigo.com no other emails are visible in the site . And chat CSR inform their customer service will respond me but no responses comes .
