Ixigo — train booking failure and amount deducted | |||
I tried to book train ticket on 4th may 2019 through ixigo portal with upi payment which fail first time. Subsequently i tried and payment was through but nither booking happen nor notification of failure got. I wrote many times to ixigo and icici management about the same. Ixigo managemnet has given in writen that they had received payment and my bank has confirm from ixigo bank (Axis bank) that they got money and credited to ixigo. Upi transaction id[protected]. Self has asked many times to ixigo to provide bank statement of that date which was not given. Ixigo has taken money and neither responding nor refunding. Was this information helpful? | |||

There banks given in written that they got money and crdited to Merchant.
Charge of refund also rejected by IXIGO. Very difficult to deal with this management and portal service.
It was committed on 30th June that within 2-5 days it will be resolved.
