[Resolved] Ixigo — train booking not confirmed but amount deduct | |||
Hello sir, My name is sachin i was booking my train from anand vihar terminal to asansol jn. My tickets whose amount was rs.9225 have been deduct from my account but my booking not done. I did my payment via phonepe app. My ticket amount has been deduct from my vijaya bank account but ixigo did not booked my train tickets. Therefore i requst you sir please refund me my ticket amount rs 9225 as soon as possible. Here i m attaching some important images below. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
