[Resolved]  Ixigo — transaction failed and transaction id is not give me and money is also debit in my bank

Hi sir

I am new in ixigo

I am working in first time

My irctc account is new.
I am complain in irctc but his give me response your user name is not valid

Ixigo is not give me transaction id and no have any notifications

Two times money debited by my bank
I am using my debit card in ixigo app

Please solve my problem

Please refund my payment

My bank statement is

(1) medr/ixigo trains/990558/ 852 rs debit

(2) medr/ixigo trains/946335/. 852 rs debit

Please solve my problem

And refund my payment

Please share the failed ixigo Booking/trip IDs starting from "IXITR" so that we can check and assist you better.

You must have received a mail/ SMS regarding the same. Alternatively, you can find the same in "Transactions" section of the ixigo app.

Not have any notification for transaction Id in IXIGO. But my bank statement is ixigo is debited money

rs.5880 was deducted from my paytm but no booking ID, no sms, no emails were provided, it doesn't even show failed booking or pending, customer care keep asking me for trip id/booking id which i haven't recieved at all, what am i to do now ? am i frauded by ixigo app? i need a refund back
