Hi sir I am new in ixigo I am working in first time My irctc account is new. I am complain in irctc but his give me response your user name is not valid Ixigo is not give me transaction id and no have any notifications 852 rs 852 rs Two times money debited by my bank I am using my debit card in ixigo app Please solve my problem Please refund my payment My bank statement is (1) medr/ixigo trains/990558/ 852 rs debit (2) medr/ixigo trains/946335/. 852 rs debit Please solve my problem And refund my payment Please Was this information helpful? | |

Please share the failed ixigo Booking/trip IDs starting from "IXITR" so that we can check and assist you better. You must have received a mail/ SMS regarding the same. rs.5880 was deducted from my paytm but no booking ID, no sms, no emails were provided, it doesn't even show failed booking or pending, customer care keep asking me for trip id/booking id which i haven't recieved at all, what am i to do now ? am i frauded by ixigo app? i need a refund back
