Ixigo — Tried to book ticket but amount debited but ticket not booked ixigo

Hi Team,

I have booked a flight from Delhi to Bhopal(Indigo 6E 2053) for the date 25nov, during the payment process got an error message, but money was deducted from my account and there is no confirmation on it from your side whether it was confirmed or failed.

Kindly confirm the same.
