[Resolved] Ixigo — twice payment | |||
Yesterday on 4/4/2018, i was booking a train ticket in kota patna express for two adults in 2nd ac amounting rs. 4282 from kota to patna, journey date 06/04/2018after making payments i was redirected to irctc site where i put my irctc password in the respective collum, but booking not confirmed. Again i repeated the same process & this time booking confirmed. But i have to pay twice. I. E. Rs. 4282 two times I have not been informed when & how the amount rs4282/for failed booking will be refunded back. Was this information helpful? | |||
