Ixigo — UPI fraud

I booked a train and I paid the full amount through my upi and transaction was successful but I waited for 7 minutes and I didn’t get the ticket so I tried again for the payment and in 2nd time I got the ticket. My money deducted 2 times for the same ticket so kindly assist me for the refund. As per my knowledge the first payment was fraud/scam because ixigo always requests for transaction in upi. So there are bugs in ixigo train application kindly assist me for my money
