[Resolved] Ixigo — vistara airlines ticket cancellation

I had cancelled vistara airlines pnr no. Te69wq on 1st december, 2019 through ixigo mobile app. While cancelling my ticket, the mobile screen was shown as the cancellation charges for rs.3000/- + 273/- i had agreed to proceed the cancellation of the above ticket. After the cancellation i got a message in my mobil no.[protected] the refunded amount would be rs.751/-. And i got the amount in my account of rs.751/ today.

Since, i wants to get back the amount of rs.2320/-. From ixigo. Pls do arrange to return my balance amount of rs.1569 at your earliest.

"The refund amount is approximate and is calculated on the basis of the fare rules and restrictions. The final amount refunded to your account may vary".
