I have forwarded fd receipt no.:[protected], deposit date – 28/08/2012, deposit amount rs. 1000000/- interest rate @ 12.50% pa in non-cumulative scheme, which had matured on the date – 28/08/2015 and it was sent to you through jm financial, baroda by maruti courier under pod no:[protected] on the date 07/08/2015 at your registered and corporate office-sector, noida 201304, up.

It is not at all accepted from the company of your repute to subject the retired senior citizens who have invested their life time earnings in your company. It is most disturbing that you have not even acknowledge the receipt of fd receipt nor you have conveyed the reason for this delay of 12 months in releasing the payment. Moreover you have failed to inform when you will make the payment of the principal amount of the fdr with the overdue accrued interest amount of the last 12 months period?

I have sent you the reminder letters by speed post on the dates-23/10/2015 and 22/12/2015 to which you have not responded so far.

I request you to consider my case on priority basis and release my long awaited dues with accrued interest immediately and oblige.

I booked a flat in kosmos project in 2011 and after 5 years I don't have the flat ready neither the builder is returning my money. I have asked the builder to cancel my unit and return my money with interest but no reply from them. I have been cheated please help. My tower no 68 is not ready yet and no work is going on that tower since last 1 year. My unit is 1280 sq feet

Dear sir / madam,
This is in reference to below mentioned fixed deposits (Fd) details which got matured but maturity amount not yet paid by jaiprakash associates limited as yet. I am a senior citizen and dependent on this income. I am homemaker and do not have any other source of income. I am a diabetic patient and to meet monthly expenses is a big challenge for me. How i have to survive???

I am senior citizen retired person and my earning have totally stopped. I am totally bedridden because for the past 4 years i have been ill and have complications like, chronic liver disease - hbv-related - end stage liver disease, decompensated ascites, child’s b status meld score 13, grade 3 oesophagal varices, parkinsonism, cirrhosis, abdomen bulge out. I have all my reports of treatment.
I have been for treatment for the past 2 to 3 years and now i am without money and having trouble for my future treatment. I have been calling and emailing them but they are not responding to my problem. It is the only source of income left and i am in a great trouble.

Please look into the matter and kindly respond.

I made investment of rs.2 lakh on 7.4.2012 for a period of 36 months at the stipulated interest of 12.5% vide fdr no.00338742 non-cum. (36) dt.7.4.2012. Since the said investment was done through m/s. Shcil, rourkela. Odisha branch, the deposit certificate along with due discharge endorsement was sent a month before the maturity to your appropriate authority for release of my invested amount. Thereafter, i have made several requests to the shcil, rourkela for return of my invested amount but they have failed to give any satisfactory reply to me till date. Since more than a year have passed after deposit of the fd receipt or the due date of payment, you are requested to kindly do the needful and inform as i am a senior citizen and could make investment from my hard earned pension money savings.

We husband & wife - Abhijit Bhowmick(68) & Rita Bhowmick(61) invested about Rs.8, 00, 000/- after retirement. Investor code :[protected]Abhijit) & 1100721(Rita). Since 27/10/15 to20/08/16 no of certificates matured and all those sent through Speed Post in proper time as per schedule . After repeated appeals through telephone/letter, till today no communication is received from any of Jaiprakash f/d department.
As senior citizen & retired person(non pensioner) we could not continue to meet all expenditures without any interest earning from the amount blocked.
Please communicate at the earliest to return those matured fixed deposit along with due interest.

I have invested rs.20000 in jiaprakash associated cumm. Fd vide fd receipt no. 00417083 and investor code 1250762 on 29.05.2013 and the fd maturity was on 29.05.2016. The same certificate duly discharged for maturity payment was submitted to the company through the broker m/s bajaj capital limited, patna vide their receipt no. 364860 dated 24.05.2016.
But till date i have not received the amount.

Jaiprakash Associates Ltd.

This is in regard to the FD Repayments of M/s Jaiprakash Associates Ltd.

As per the previous CLB order, Jaiprakash Associates ltd was supposed to release FD payments by 30th june 2016, but the company has further taken extension upto 31st March 2017 to repay the dues aggregating Rs. 1079.31 Cr and interest thereof payable to the depositors.

The company has submitted that they have been trying hard to dispose of their assets namely 10 Cement Plants at various locations but that process is not yet complete and the company hopes that this would be over before 31st March 2017.

Though recently, Jaiprakash associates Ltd has finalized business deal worth Rs. 16, 000 crores with Ultratech Cement, which gives positive wibes that company will start releasing the payments to FD holders once the funds are received.
