I have sold my house to meet the expence. I have send you the medical report but till date i have not received the money.Please release money so that i can save my child.

Hi Sir,

Pls update on the FD status of the following folio No.00364633 as it got renewed on 9th Oct 2015.
But still no update about the deposit… We couldn’t contact through Phone too…
It is a very long delay… Take it on priority and close this issue.
Almost amount of Rs.36305 is on hold.. and no interest is given for the hold period…
We are in need of money for urgent requirement.Take it in priority and settle the amount.

I have booked a house in April, 2014 at Boulevard Court Apartments, Tower B01 in Jaypee Sports City, Greater Noida. Till the date there has been no progress and the construction has yet to start. By personal visit to the office and many mails have asked for a refund. Sadly there is no response.

It is most unfortunate that company of such reputation is causing misery to me and many other people.

FRAUD JAYPEE

We need to file a suit collaboratively & seek interest on the Booking Amount.

I booked a studio apartment in 2013 in budh circut studiotowers phase 2 in jaypee greens sports city. I have invested rs 7, 30, 000 till now in installments and no construction is going on. The company is refusing to refund my money and neither they are building any apartments. Customer care centre do not give any information the company is fruading me as a customer and all. I want is my refund of rs.7, 30, 000 hard earned money and all the applicable interest of 18% on it.

My FD of Rs. two Lakh in the name of my wife receipt no. 00367666 matured on 5 Oct., 2015. All required documents were submitted, but till now did not get any reply regarding the reimbursement inspite of my repeated emails and registered posts. In the website, company is claiming that company law board (CLB)/NCLT has granted three or six months extension. As soon as the date approaches the CLB again extend the date for next period without considereing the harassment to investors and without posting a single line of assurance to the investors. There s no mention in this notice of the last date for which the company has cleared refund. I request that the matter may be taken seriously.

Sir,
My fd # 00378680 matured on 20/11/2015. Duly discharged fdr already sent to jal.
Having not received the maturity amount we made many phone calls and wrote many letters/emails to the respective authorities. Normally on phone staff were to hardly to get by, and on our rare lucky day if phone was received by staff we got the same reply that it will take few months for repayment.
Please help us getting our repayment.

I have booked studio apptt from my gpf fund in the year 2013. However tilldate nothing has been heard from the company. Please basked company to give uptodate. Inspemt 15 lacs for the booking of two apptt from my retirement funds hoping some appreciations but I was wrong. Company has cheated us and keep our had earn money without any justifications. I want to file case against company for return money along with interest.

I have invested in Jaypee Associates fixed deposit scheme via FDR: 00413760 [Maturity Date: 08 May 2016] for which maturity amount has not yet been received as of today. When we call at Jaypee Associates office [at sec 128], we are directed to FD department where no-one picks up the phone [be it any time of the day on any day].

Have already sent the FDR certificate to your regd office for redemption around maturity date.
Could you please update us on whats the current status and when are we going to get the maturity amount?

I had booked 1bhk flat in budh circuit 2 studio apartments in 2013. After depositing 8 lacs there had been no communication from the company. They are neither processing any refund not giving any timeline for possession handover. I need complete refund along with the interest on the sum deposited as i my hard earned money has been used without giving me any share of the profit.

I am a retired person approaching 66 years of age. My aforesaid fixed deposit got matured on 31.01.2016. On my submission of FDR at their site office in Noida on 22nd February 2016, I was assured of the payment with overdue interest in June 2016 . Thereafter I have been reminding the Company time and again . Also have been visiting to the Express Highway office and requesting the person in the fixed deposit section. I am yet to receive this amount and since I need the amount urgently for medical treatment I request the payment be made at the earliest.

I had applied for Fixed Deposit( non-cumulative for 36 months duration) for Rs 20.00 lakh ( vide Folio no. 00363558 dt. 10.10.2012 of JP Associates for Rs 20 lakhs for 36 months duration ) which got matured on 10.10.2015.

Quarterly Interest amount was Rs 56, 838/- which used to be paid regularly through online credit. There has been no single occasion when interest amount not deposited in time during last 36 months.

However, on maturity, when certificate was surrendered on[protected] to JP Associates office at Sec-128, Noida personally, they had said the amount would be credited at year end instead of immediate payment due to fund problem.

Now that more than 1-year is elapsed, JP Associates neither paid interest for the last 1- year nor making payment of principal amount.

Help needed to get the payment due with interest from the company.

Hi,

I had taken one 1.5 BHK unit at JAypee sports city noida phase 2 in may 2013 and after mid 2013 no demand has been raised and no construction updated from jaypee. My Loan is going on and paying Emi on the same.
Jaypee has cheated all of the buyers for the same project.

No construction update . I need my money back with interest & will be filing an FIR against Jaypee.

Hi,

I invested in budh circuit studio 1&2 in april 2013. Since then i have not received any demand against the clp and i have currently paid 40% of the property cost.

Today i visited the jaypee office and i have been told that the developer is ready to refund the money with 12% pa interest. This sounds too good to be true from a developer who is fighting multiple law suits across india.

I will request others who are invested in the same project to reach out to me and we can jointly form a group to find a solution and recover our money.

Updated by Rsv7 From NET surfing, I have noticed that earlier an extension was given by Member (Judicial) Company Law Board for payment before[protected]. Further extension for payment till[protected] has been granted by Member(Judicial) / The National Company Law Tribunal--New Delhi Bench on[protected].
I am submitting my complain for record purpose and I can wait for payment before[protected].
