With reference to my above claim FD matured on 10th Aug 2015 but I have not received neither maturity and interest cheque.

Please send the maturity Cheque & Interest at earliest

HI I have taken one FD of Jaypee group FD NO 00421055 and bought in the month of 07.06.2013 of Rs 75000 and it was due last year on 07.06.2016 with interest rate of 12.50% comulative. I am going through a very hardship in the life and financial challenges and still they have not given any final response when I will be getting my money along with the interest .

Iam holding a fixed deposit of rs 75000/- which got matured on[protected] and as per the instruction of the company i have already send the discharged certificate and cancelled cheque for remittance but till today i have not got any proper reply nor any payment from them. I want to register a complain and request for remedy and enabling me to get my money back.

Dear All

I have invested appx 15lk in Udaan project of Jaypee Group in March 2014.
To date there has been no progress on project site.

Delivery was promised in 27 months with interest payable after 27+6 months.
To date no communication has been done by builder and they have more or less scrapped or delayed the project.

They are offering to re-allocate me to some other property of Jaypee.
Request guidance if anyone has done the same and what can be done to recover the money.

Once again repeated complain in being lodged .

Total : Rs. 8, 00, 000/-. As a retired P.S.U. employee with very nominal EPF pension it has become an horror to continue our livelihood .May be due to this we have to cut short of our lives by other means.

Maturity amount of FD No-0404839 not received from J.P.. ASSOCIATES
I have deposited an amount of Rs.500000/ as fixed deposit for a period of 3 years with J P Associates on 12.03.2013 FD No-0404839 and it was matured on 12.03.2016. I have sent the original receipt through my agent 3013001 SMC Global securities Ltd.I am under dialysis treatment and the amount concerned is required for my regular treatment.I am suffering by financial crisis, I hereby request for an immediate refund of the amount.

I have booked a studio apartment in buddh studio apartments in march/april 2013. Possession was supposed to be given in dec 2015. Construction is not taking place at all now. With due faith in your organization, I had invested in the Fixed Deposit scheme of Jaypee Company as per following details:

FDR No –[protected] Rs 40, 000/-

The above fixed deposits had already been matured on 31st March 2016 and accordingly i had surrendered it to your office at Sector 128 Noida. (Receiving copy of 09th April 2016 is enclosed herewith)

However I am sorry to inform you that inspite of several follow ups, I had not received the due amount till now even after 4 months.

Please note that I am retired government employee and had invested my savings in your company hoping to receive the same after my retirement.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the cheque of due amount and confirm.

Your early action shall be highly appreciated.

Myself Sweta Roy is also suffering from the same problem. My maturity date has been over since October 2015. If the organisation is a fraud, IPC must be after them. So many steps are being taken against corruption, why this type of misdeeds are still happening? I want to get my amount back at any cost at the earliest

Hi All,

I've booked a flat in Jaypee green Kasa Isles in December 2012. Jaypee has promised possession after 36 months and have taken 85% of the total amount of the flat but till now there is no confirmed news about the possession date. I realized it was a wrong decision to buy in Jaypee but it’s too late now. Can someone let me know what action should I take on this ? Is there any group or forum for Jaypee Kasa Isles buyers where I can join.

I took the possession from Jaypee Assocaites of Jaypee Kosmos in month of June 2016 till date our car parking lots are not ready.

The windows are not aligned, the construction quality is so pathetic that waste water of above floors falls from the roof of below floors.

For PNG line everywhere the tranches are dig and left open there is no deadline to complete the project.
Towers are partially complete even civil work is not up to the mark and there is no one to answer this.

Jaypee developers — buddh circuit 1 studio appts
Hi,

I had booked a studio apartment with jaypee buddh circuit unit ref no bs006a1103 on 26 apr 13 and have been waiting patiently since then for the construction to pick up. I even called multiple times in the last year to track the progress and have always received false hopes.

I came to know recently that the project will not progress further. I want my money back if the construction is not progressing. There is a major discrepancy in whatever they are saying and filing a case against the company should be the best option.

If there is a group against the project and fighting against the false promises by such a reputed company, i would like to be part of it.

Our fd 00380240 dt nov 27.11.2012 matured on nov 27.11.2015. The matured fd was deposited in person with the company's fd department on dec1, 2015.
We have not been given the proceeds of the matured fd - the principal as well as the interest at 12.5% due.
Both o[censored]s are senior citizens and are ill with diabetes and hypertension. We need the money to take care of our medical needs

I had purchased 2 fds no 00383758 and 00383759 of rs 1lac and 2 lacs respectively from jaiparkash associates ltd in my and my wife's name mrs suksham sarin on 8/12/2012. These were to mature on17/12/15 and 20/12/15. On maturity the same were sent back duly discharged for payment. It is now over10 months since no payment nor any communication from the company has been received. The company is playing fraud with our money by having approached company law board for extension of time in terms of sec74 (20) for granting time for repayment of fixed deposits for a period of 6 months again and again for the last few year.
There are thousands of investers like me whose money has been duped.

I have taken one unit in "Jaypee Buddh Circuit Studios Phase IIon Yamuna Expressway" in may 2013.
Since two years no demand has been raised and when i personally visited the site no construction work was going on there.
When i asked to shift my unit in Wishtown project they refused it.
When I asked for the money along with the interest, they replied that they will give the money after cutting 20% money of the total flat amount.

I have already taken loan aganist this property and emi's are also going on.

As per their conversation there is no hope to get the possesion of my unit near 7-8 years, my hardn money is stuck with Jaypee Builder.
Plase help me out.

The money was invested for one year but maturity amount was not paid on maturity date. after doing several reminders to you, maturity amount was paid on 11-feb-16, after one year from maturity date.

We request you to kindly pay the interest for remaining 1+ year, i. e from 14-feb-15 to till date.

It would be of great help if you can pls do the needful and respond to us immediately.

Dear sir,
I, dilip kumar singh invested rs. 50, 000/- in a fd scheme for a year @12.5. Vide a sbi cheque no. 910329 dated oct 2013. I was issued with a certificate vide fdr no.: 00923728, investor code : 1102926 scheme : cumulative dated 25 oct 13. The company agent mr. Chandra bhushan prasad singh code arn - 6331 tel (O) [protected] took certificate after maturity and i was told to be paid within 15 days. First three months he and his son mr. Amit kumar (Co - partner) made several excuses and finally i was told that company became bankrupt and you could contact mr. Manish jindal (Deputy manager fd scheme). I contacted mr. M jindal he told that your cheque is not deposited in the company and you have been issued with fake certificate. The company also received several complaints and the company has filed a police case against him and i was also suggested to lodge a complain against him. When i enquired about the cheque with sbi branch manager i was told that your cheque was deposited in mr amit kumar (Mr. Chandra bhushan prasad singh son) sbi a/c [protected]. Presently several cases of forgery, cheating, fake certificate & life threatening to investors are on trial related jp associates fd vide police case vide 71/14, 100/16 etc in jamnagar civil court. It is very surprising that a public limited company is not acknowledging our letters. When tried on phones, either call is not attended or even if their employee disconnected the call. The company is not filed a single case against his agent. Lastly i request the company to interrupt into this matter and to initiate a suitable action against the defaulters.

about 40% by demanding time to time but after that gone silent. I enquired and found that no work is going on for the same project . They even not giving any
