    I had ordered a floor mop on 26th March 2020. Due to lockdown order was delayed. have tried recahinmg them several number of times on email and contact number, but no response. Today I got connected by chance on their mobile number [protected]/[protected] where the person said that order is cancelled and he would niot refund the amount and used foul language on the phone.     It's been almost an month now that i have placed the order there is no update on the same, also their customer care number is not working.
    No response to the emails either.

    I have received a message from the site, wherein the money of ₹34, 299.02 paid for Nokia 9 mobile.

    "Thank you ravi!

    Your order was sent to us but is currently awaiting payment. Once we receive the
    payment for your order, it will be completed. If you've already provided payment
    details then we will process your order manually and send you an email when it's
    completed".

    But still I have not received any update from the site.. I want my money back.

      So, i have ordered this phone redmi note8, but still it's not delivered to me yet!       Called customer care, as per their advice paid full amount.
      They commited next day delivery while the above telephonic conversation.
      I have not received tv till 13sep.
