Refer to order no.[protected]. The said order for 1 "surya - 3 burner steel body", amounting to rs. 1959.02/- was placed on 02nd may 2020 by my sister after making the full advance payment through hdfc net banking. Even at that point of time the said order was placed since she was in dire need of the gas stove.

However, instead o[censored]nderstanding the urgent need for the gas stove and accordingly promptly delivering the same to her, to her great shock and surprise even after a lapse of full 1 month the aforesaid gas stove has not been delivered to her.

It appears that they have fraudulently and illegally usurped my sister's money, since neither they have delivered the gas stove to my sister, despite considerable easing down of lockdown, nor have you refunded to her the advance payment amounting to rs. 1959.02/- despite her repeated requests for the refund.

My complaint is against jaldifatafat.com. During this lockdown no online shopping portal was taking orders but this website was taking the orders and accepting the payments as well. As i was in urgent need of a 4.1 home theatre and a headphone, i googled my needs, jaldi fatafat was the first featured option there so i ordered a 4.1 home theatre system and a headphone on 5 th may and paid the whole amount that is rs 2559.76 through net banking. I waited for any kind of confirmation but when i didn't get any confirmation i approached them through their mail. They reverted that my order is in process and wait till lockdown gets over. I happily agreed to them as i had no other option rather than waiting. Now the lockdown restrictions are over and every merchant is delivering products to my area but jaldifatafat.com is still not responding. They responded my 1st mail only now they are even not bothered to respond back to my mails. How can someone cheat online this way. If they are a fraud site why google feature them at top of our search.? Please help me in recovering my money or product. They are not responding to me might they respond to u.

We are not getting any information regarding delivery of the battery.

I had ordered a floor mop on 26th March 2020. Due to lockdown order was delayed. have tried recahinmg them several number of times on email and contact number, but no response. Today I got connected by chance on their mobile number [protected]/[protected] where the person said that order is cancelled and he would niot refund the amount and used foul language on the phone. I dont know if the company is fraud or not but the person whom I interacted was sure to be a fraudster. Please see if I get the refund on my order number[protected] for an amount of Rs. 699.

It's been almost an month now that i have placed the order there is no update on the same, also their customer care number is not working.
No response to the emails either.
Till date i haven't even received the order confirmation email / neither the order is showing in my account.

I offered a baby gear horse rider non operated for rs.489 i paid the amount using internet banking, and the amount got deducted but when i checked jaldifatafat.com for order status, it's showing awaiting payment, as soon as i realized that it's an fake site i was left with complaining against it, its better that this jaldifatafat.com should refund my money as soon as possible, otherwise it's not good to eat poor people's money. I will use this company if they don't refund my money in given time frame

Payment method: ccavenue (For credit card, debit card & net banking). The delivery period being 2-3 day from date of payment.

Whereas on dated 6th march, i received email stating that, an order i recently placed on their website has had its status changed and awaiting fulfillment.

Whereas i waited for over one weak and my requirement of ordered product as mentioned above was o[censored]rgent need since my mobile phone was not working. I cancelled the order and refund.

Whereas upon my request to cancel the order and refund, i am informed that the order is cancelled and the said amount rs.599 has been put in store credit and i can purchase any product from their website against the amount equal to rs.599.

Whereas since i am not interested and need of any product from their website i sent mail to them requesting for refund but till date no reply of refund and said amount not found credited in my bank account till date.

I have received a message from the site, wherein the money of ₹34, 299.02 paid for Nokia 9 mobile.

So, i have ordered this phone redmi note8, but still it's not delivered to me yet! I know that tomorrow is sunday but i m scared after reading all of the reviewes of the people who have already used this. Since we are going through really tough times, i really needed that phone which is not delivered to me yet!!! I m gonnna wait till tuesday and if it doesn't works, i will definitely take some or the other action against it! Bcoz we are trusting them and they can't do this to our money! On 29th april, 2020 i have done an online shopping from the website named as www.jaldifatafat.com.
I have ordered a refrigerator and an air cooler which are of 14685.30rs total.
The company shows in their website that they will deliver me in 2-3 days.. But it's 3rd day they aren't replying my emails and their company's number can't be connected.. They doesn't give response in any manner... I think they are fraud and they deduct my money from my account through "ccavenue" payment service with reference number is[protected].. They deduct money from my account and my order number is[protected] for my purchase. But i seem no response from company... Please take some step and please help me get back my money.

Jaldifafat order #[protected] dtd 28thfeb2020 for this order i paid rs 3226.34 but the item not yet delivered to me nor i got refund although i requested them to deliver my item through email to [protected]@jaldifat.com but not yet responded. I contacted their customer service phone [protected] but not responded my calls placed several times. I an old aged exserviceman with a great difficulties i managed this amount to purchase this daily use essential but unfortunately i was cheated by this on line shopping copy. On seeing this add "same day delivery and installation" i placed the above mentioned order.
I therefore request you to kindly take action against this on line shopping company either to deliver my item or refund my amount.

1) brand of product received metro instead of surya 5.5 ltr. (Shown in portal)
2) warranty of product given 1-year instead of 5-years (Shown in portal.)

I ordered a 40 inch led smart tv in august 2019 last week and received it after one day. But after a week i had remote issue i. E it stopped functioning. Cost may be hardly 300 rs. But, i am struggling hard since more than 2 months communicating with all those whose contact i got from their ahmedabad office. But as on today, there is no response even for this minor thing. Even there is a problem with the manual keys. Now it is difficult for me to imagine their positive response if there is a major problem after this bad experience.

I perchased water purifier three months ago from jaldifatafat.com. It do not working after three months. They gave 1year warranty and 4years free service. I called many time to customer care and service centre but they didn't respond me. After many attempts i contact with service centre but they demand 200rs. Charge in free service period. Inlast i agreeed to pay service charge for it. But no one came to repair. After waiting many days i checked water purifier my self. I found uv chamber not connected with water line and uv tube and chawk also not working. Then i realised that i cheated by jaldifatafat.com online shopping app.

Hello Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased RO Water Purifier From Jaldifatafat.com on 18/02/2019,
as per described in website they are providing 4 year free service on the product.

My first service due after 6 month for the same i have requested for the same.
they have schedule my free service,
I receive call from service executive for the same he is demanding 200 Rs. for the service, I told him my service is free then why I have to pay for the same?

I also asked same question to the customer care executive they said i have to pay for visit charge.
I told him i am not specially inviting for a repairing, extra service or any other issue this is my free service so I why have to pay for the same?
After that they are not providing free service and not answering my question,
and i also tried many time to talk with customer care number but they have set IVR option only for Voice message, i also left voice message for the same and said for call back to me but they haven't respond since month
i am waiting for the same.

I wrote many times on whatsapp number for the same, buti did not get any response from there end.
after writing many times i feel www.jaldifatafat.com is cheating peoples,
they are doing only sales with fake promices and not provice services to the customer
