Regarding order no order id: # 280081 order date: 02/10/2017

I booked a mobile battery for karbonn titanium machfive on 02/10/2017 and received that on 10/10/2017.

After full charge of the battery the battery lasts for atmost 30 minutes.
The phone switches off after 30 mins and shows 0% after switching it on { images for reference shown below }.

The battery drains very fast. This is not a genuine product.
The customer care of jaxtakart.com is unresponsive many a times, hardly replies to emails and says to email the same thing every time i call them.

Provide me the refund or atleast communicate clearly as soon as possible.

when i ordered it was mentioned Nokia BL-5CB (800mAh 3.7V 3.0Wh) but i have got BL-5C (1020mAh 3.7V 3.0Wh) and they have replied back via e-mail like your money is in safe hand (such a ### reply), even after that e-mail there is no reply from them. Such a irresponsible replies i have got from them and tried more then 100 times to their CUSTOMER CARE number, but it always busy even such a big online sellers like Amazon and Flipkart also not that much busy.
