Updated by BapiMishra In the mean time, the company has allocated 4 different service request nos for the said/referred issue. On each correspondences only service request no is allocated but nothing is happening in progressive manner.

Please note the chronological occurrences of events-
A. Online order was placed on : 13 september 2020 19:18
B. Invoicing done on :[protected] time:01:01 pm
C. Delivered on :[protected] time: evening hour
D. First intimation given on mail: 9/16/2020 4:18 pm
E. Nature of complaint :
I had ordered five nos tetrapack of amul taza as a part of above online order. However, while delivering the consignment, four amul taza (Date of manufacturing may for 3 packs & one july 20) & one no vishakha diary (Instead of amul taza) was delivered. I have requested for replacement of same with recent manufacturing date & to ensure delivery of exact product (Not similar product).
That means nearly expiry date & wrong products are delivered against my order. Upon subsequent interaction through mail with the party, finally i was allocated service request number: [protected]. However, nothing is happening except cross mailing/correspondences.
Therefore, request you to look into the matter.

Please let me know, how, Vishakha Diary was delivered against my order & who is responsible for this? Why should I suffer for wrong delivery & delivery of nearly expiry date products. Rather, you please fix responsibility on the concern staff & kindly replace these tetra pack Amul taza. If this is not resolved, I will be constraint to take the shelter of online consumer forum for this intentionally wrong & nearly expiry date product delivery .
