Jiomart — Products not delivering

Respected Sir,
With regretfully to say that since jiomart started in bharat; I purchasing my needs from such site on the goodwill of Dhirubhai Mukesh Ambani .

While order no.[protected]A
Dt. 09.06.25, I placed order and also paid amount in advance, & also your invoice was generated vide invoice no. U25N[protected] & also I received delivery confirmation code via sms but very surprised that said material is not delivered to us; instead of delivered the material it's comes to know that material was returned.

However, there's no any material reached to us, So, how I returned the goods.

Hence, I request kindly do the needful on afforesaid matter & if you can send my order than kindly send .
