Jiomart — Torn packets received. Complaint app malfunctioning

Subject
Both the packets received in torn condition.
Making them replace the delivered items with fresh packets having properly manufacturing seal at the top.
Complaint lodged emailed to jio Mart but no response, no redressal from them.

Attached PDF file consists the image of the torn packets and also the screenshot of the order showing all the detail of the order and the product.

Grievance stands as follows.

Look at the following attached two screenshots.
One is showing the details of the order.
Another is showing the condition of the order you have deliver to us.
We also attempted to lodge our complain through your app help section but you have made it so complicated that is still after filling up all the columns with the attached the photo, it failed to move further when clicked the submit button.

Your both the packets reached here in a torn condition at the top which we had to staple to stop all the material spread away in our room we open your jio bag. They were all spread in your bag also inside.
Replace both the packets without any torn up condition in which you sent earlier.
