There is no electricity in the village for two days, no one is accepting and we are not getting any answer and we are not getting the answer properly and when we called in the father power house, then the phone is disconnected, our crops are spoiled. It is happening and without light the whole village is troubled and we also pay the light bill from time to time, so why are we in trouble.

प्रार्थी कालुराम पुत्र श्री रावतराम जाति प्रजापत गाँव दोरनडी तहसील सोजत जिला पाली का निवासी हूँ जिसका खाता सं.1502/0027 व के. न.[protected] हे जिसका मै आज दिन तक समय पर भुगतान कर रहा हूँ आज दिन तक कोई मेरी बकाया राशि नही हे I लेकिन आज दिनांक[protected] को विधुत उपभोग विपत्र सं [protected] प्राप्त हुआ जिससे क्रम संख्या 14 अन्य देय कोड निगम राशि 34733.50 रूपये जोड़कर भेज दिया जो नियम विरुद्ध हे जिसकी मुझे आज दिन तक कोई जानकारी या सूचना नही हे मेरे को उक्त राशि का विवरण सहित बिना नोटिस दिये वर्तमान बिल मे जोड़कर भेजना भी नियम विरुद्ध हे व उक्त राशि किस बाबत वसूल कर रहे हे वह भी नाजायझ हे आप उक्त राशि वर्तमान बिल मे कम करके आज ही वापस नया बिल 4532.46 रुपये का जारी करावे ताकि मै आज ही बिल का भुगतान कर सकूँ ताकि विलम्ब भुगतान सरचार्ज की राशि नही लगे अगर बिल के अलावा कोई राशि वसूलना हे तो अलग से नोटीस जारी करावे व प्रार्थी को सुनवाई का अवसर दिलवाने का कष्ट करावे सा I

It has been 40hrs of electric fault in my area and it has not been recovered yet .I have called 10 times to the call center but not a single member form electric department has come to resolve it. We are facing a electric shut down from 2 days in these pandemic when students have to study online from electronic instruments. I have also tried to reach the lineman but he told to resolve on our own .How we can solve the problem ?? If we have to resolve then why electricity charge board charge for the STHAI SHULK RS 200 PER MONTH.If we have to resolve then why meter are to be installed we should throw them away .Please look into my issue this is the main reason for non cooperate in rural areas becuase no facility is given such as lineman not listening and his superior JEN is also irresponsible.

Many Time office visit by me & son Aen officer ans me i come and visit site But that no person aen and any other officer come and visit site that time New Connection not available why are yu delay this process in new connection. so plesae i have humble request urgent need for new connection eletrocity. and related Aen & Other officer not proper work for customer behalf . so repeat my request urgent basis reslove that all are senior persons & Authority top piroty reslove this problem .
